This restaurant ranked 17th on Restaurant magazine’s Best Restaurants In The World in 2013.  Enrique Olvera, the best chef in Mexico, transforms ingredients from the maize field into previously unknown dishes.  He created the “liquid quesadilla.”  Olvera makes cappuccinos with squash flower, huitlacoche and mushroom, requesón, epazote, and coconut milk.  Make reservations early!
